Supply Chain Specialist - Logistics & Warehousing - HEYTEA : Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

ꔷ Manage and coordinate with third-party logistics and warehousing providers, ensuring service quality and efficiency;

ꔷ Oversee international logistics and customs clearance processes to maintain seamless cargo flow;

ꔷ Perform regular inventory reconciliation and update warehouse information systems;

ꔷ Monitor local logistics for U.S. store deliveries and address any logistics-related issues;

ꔷ Propose and implement efficiency improvement initiatives for logistics and warehousing operations;

ꔷ Support supply chain data management and analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

ꔷ Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;

ꔷ Strong interest in international logistics and U.S. warehousing operations, with 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred;

ꔷ Proficiency in supply chain management systems and data analysis tools, including Excel，SQL and Power BI;

ꔷ Excellent supplier management skills, with a proven ability to optimize supplier performance;

ꔷ Strong problem-solving and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively;

ꔷ Detail-oriented and responsible, with solid time management skills and the ability to handle pressure;

ꔷ Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills to operate in a multicultural environment.
