As one of the world's largest lift truck manufacturers, we are committed to providing the customer with the safest, most efficient and ergonomic lift truck possible to lower their total cost of ownership.Job Responsibilities:Supply Chain Support - Support program activities centered around Department of Transportation (DOT) and Hazmat. Process driver qualification information, Department of Transportation (DOT) permits and registrations, vehicle maintenance records and testing programs. Review Hazmat training completion records & create certificates, inspect Hazmat parts, and maintain Hazmat information in the current ERP system. Maintain the Supply Chain compliance standards information for REACH, RoHS, WEE, Conflict Minerals, U.S. EPA, FCC, etc. on current products. Coordinate solicitation for regulatory information of compliance standards from vendors and maintain certification records.Internal Audits - Schedule and conduct internal audit of Bills of Ladings and Multi-Modal Dangerous Goods Forms, Hazmat training records, DOT procedures, Logistics, purchasing products and suppliers. Compile results and report any anomalies. Follow through to ensure any modifications to policies and procedures are completed and filed.Policies, Procedures, and Education - Research industry compliance standard and regulations in support of the company's supply chain compliance program. Assist in the development and administration of supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and management reviews. Schedule and coordinate training to address Hazmat, DOT, and other supply chain initiatives. Review, evaluate, and recommend compliance programs and practices.Customer Service - Promptly respond to inquiries or requests in accordance with company policy and procedure. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:2-4 years related experienceAssociate Degree (Business, Purchasing, Logistics or Supply Chain)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet, and presentation and word processing programs.Organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and ability to follow actions and tasks through with little supervision.Work as a contributing team member on cross functional and multi-national teams and provide leadership as an individual contributor.Work Authorization:Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
