What are we looking for in our Supply Chain Warehouse Associate?

The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin & Associates is supporting a world-class organization that has an opening for Supply Chain Warehouse Associate near Thousand Oaks, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GXP operations, managing inbound/outbound shipments in a life sciences environment.
• Ensure compliance with cGDP and cGMP standards in all supply chain activities.
• Organize inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials per regulations.
• Maintain a safe and efficient warehouse using 5S and other organizational techniques.
• Prepare and manage shipment documentation, ensuring accurate labeling and compliance with hazardous material regulations.

Basic Qualifications:

• GXP and life sciences experience in supply chain and/or material handling.
• 3 or more years of experience in a supply chain or material handling position; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working within cGDP and cGMP environments.
• IATA and DOT Hazardous Material Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with industry-specific software and systems.

Additional Details:

• Onsite: Thousand Oaks, CA
• Position type: 4 months
• Pay rate: $20-$27/hr. depending on experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
