About the job Supply Management Specialist Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a strong grasp of supply chain processes and supplier coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring continuity of supply, managing supplier shipments, and executing key supply management workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze critical shortage reports to determine shipment priorities and mitigate supply risks
• Communicate proactively with suppliers to maintain consistent supply chain operations
• Oversee supplier shipment planning to align with SAP schedules
• Execute and monitor supply management workflows to optimize efficiency
• Manage purchase order (PO) creation and update parameters for assigned supplier parts

Required Qualifications

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook
• General knowledge of manufacturing processes
• SAP experience is highly preferred but not required
