It's an opportunity to be part of something special.The Supply Operations Coordinator serves a key role to the organization, connecting the Commercial business functions to Supply Chain and acting as a single point of contact to execute Commercial strategies within and across the end-to-end NA & Global Supply Chain to achieve optimal customer service and inventory levels.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Communicate any backorder or write-off/obsolete risks which will impact the deployment of Commercial initiativesCoordinate the executional requirements of a specific portfolio/category within Haleon. This would include, establishing and managing all transition related timelines across and within the Supply Chain (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, LogisiticsReport OOS situation to the commercial business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems (SOLs) and SC Hub. Coordinate the general overview for US and communicate to the Commercial team (incl. lost sales, OOS reasons)Lead Interactions with SC-Hub, Demand Forecasting, Marketing and Sales to manage, influence and solve issues which lead to higher customer serviceCoordinate communication and escalation resolution on obsolescence and write-off management in collaboration with Supply Planning Hub, Customer Service and Supply Chain FinanceManagement of SKU transitions and product restages (including SKU rationalization) liaising with the HUB to ensure appropriate and aligned exit strategies are in place and run out plans developed to minimize financial risk and market disruptionCoordinate any rework requirements with Commercial team and the Supply Planning HubLiaise with Demand Forecasting and customer service regarding necessary product allocation – quantity assessment, fair sharing, etc.Coordinate and communicate allocation decisions to ensure commercial and supply chain alignmentManage the review and sales outlet identification process of Obsolete Inventory & Fast Sell of short dated product, partnering with the Commercial team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Strategy) as well as Customer Service and Logistics and manage monthly SLOBs reportingLead Cx Portfolio Optimization and Exit Strategy review process through DRM meetings to identify discontinuation candidates from the portfolio based on low revenue/profitability/volumeProvide SC oversight of artwork changes/transitions to limit component and finished good write-off and orchestrate timelines to reduce component exposure as we changed artwork for DPC made open stock itemsCoordinate item configuration changes (Pack changes requiring UPC changes, phase in of changes that impact Master Data and Customer Service groups)Conduct OTIF root cause analysis, gain alignment with SC stakeholders and provide commentary for reporting both locally and globally (Global, SCIM 1-4)Lead weekly SCIM 1 meetings with Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Repack Planning to discuss and drive decisions around short and long-term risk mitigation of supply issues, demand forecast changes and impact to supply and any obsolescence risks, artwork changes, NPI status, long term scenario planningConduct bi-weekly category Commercial Connect meetings to review OTIF risks, transitions, discontinuations, and SLOBs risksParticipate in monthly category DRM meetings, presenting updates on Portfolio Optimization Management, SLOBs risk mitigation, short and long-term supply issues as well as ad-hoc reporting that serves to update the business on emerging issues E2E SC issues as part of Core Commercial CycleWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Sciences2+ years experience in supply chainExperience with Power BI, Excel, SapPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive and high sense of urgencySupply Planning and/or Production Planning ExperienceKnowledge and experience in dealing with highly complex/regulated supply chains, copacking sites, and processesStrong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skillsDemonstrate high accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional and Regional/Global Matrix to achieve common goalsCapability to drive analytical assessments through financial risks assessmentsNetworking & influencing skills at all levels, both internally & externallyProven capability in building strong relationships with key stakeholder and multiple interfacesExcellent leadership capability and a strong team playerCustomer drivenWhy join us?Haleon offers a robust Total Reward package that consists of competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits program.
