POSITION DESCRIPTION: Supervises section in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor. Represents the section at the weekly staff meeting in the absence of the Logistics Supervisor. Helps the fleet manager as needed dealing with all aspects of inventory and GSA vehicle maintenance. Stocks shelves upon receipt of clothing. Measures cadets for clothing. Issues clothing and equipment to cadets. Maintains cadet clothing/equipment records. Physically receives supplies from consolidated delivery point. Inventories supplies upon receipt. Stocks shelves once supplies are inventoried. Maintains padlock roster by serial number with combinations. Performs trouser turn-in for cadet laundry three times a week. Performs linen exchange for cadets once a week. Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Proficient in inventory and restocking supplies/equipment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. GENERAL: Must have a valid Driver's License, Social Security Card and Birth Certificate. Must qualify to obtain a Department of Defense Common Access Card (CAC) Card. Periodic travel may be required. Must be available to report to duty during emergency or disaster situations. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with agency personnel, peers, superiors, subordinates and the public. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must meet physical requirements to perform functions of the position. Must attend/complete all LMD annual training and other training required for the position.
