Duties- You will analyze procurement data from automated systems to recommended procedural changes and problems solutions designed to improve overall supply effectiveness and evaluate cost effectiveness.
- You will initiate corrective actions to eliminate systemic deficiencies.
- You will track and analyze supply usage to establish reorder points and appropriate reorder quantities.
- You will resolve problems by applying regulations and precedent actions, and other general guidelines.
- You will prepare, review, submit, and execute procurement actions chargeable for supplies, equipment, and services using authorized methods in the financial and accounting system.
- You will troubleshoot supply system problems and provides specific program support for supply and data systems.
- You will manage archived files and dispose of such in accordance with governing policies and guidance.
- You will complete inspections, training, mission planning, and coordination with Higher Headquarters and subordinate commands.
- You will create formal correspondence, reports, tabulated material, memoranda, and other related documentation in either rough draft or final form.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analysis, procurement lifecycle actions, reconciling fiscal reports, training subordinate commands, and providing specific program support for supply and data systems.
