Assists in checking vital signs, height and weight as assigned; collects and maintains records of fluid intake and output; reports on the condition of residents, and participates in rehabilitation, ambulation, and transfers.Minimum QualificationsTypically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 1-2 years of experience.
