Support Coordinator - Performance Excellence - PT - Day - Stormont Vail Health : Job Details

Responsible for professionally interacting with staff members, physicians and patients in coordinating logistics for performance improvement projects. Coordinator must have the ability to make independent decisions for work prioritization and the ability to handle multiple tasks, working as part of the PEX team. The Support Coordinator would be a resource to our departments for follow up on improvements, monitoring measures of success, logistical planning. This would also be a position that would prepare them to be specialists and senior specialists. Supports the PEX Division by coordinating various clinical data collection initiatives for performance improvement initiatives. Meets independently, or in collaboration with PEX specialist/senior specialist with Department directors, managers, and front-line staff on an ongoing basis to implement or revise project plans.
