Network Engineering Leadership Opportunity at High-Growth Tech Infrastructure Company
Our client is revolutionizing enterprise internet infrastructure through innovative hardware and software solutions. Backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital, they're transforming how businesses manage and optimize their network infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
- Lead complex network troubleshooting using advanced tools including Grafana, packet capture analysis, and debugging utilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade networking solutions including firewall configurations, S2S VPN, and VLAN setups
- Drive root cause analysis for mission-critical infrastructure issues
- Mentor and provide technical leadership within a growing team
- Partner directly with enterprise clients to optimize their network performance
Required Background:
- 6+ years of network support engineering experience
- Proven track record in enterprise environments with customer-facing responsibilities
- Deep expertise across the full networking stack (wired, wireless, firewalls)
- Technical background in computer networking or related field
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, UDP, RADIUS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, VPN protocols
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry certifications (CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, or CCIE)
- Experience leading technical teams
- Background in proactive network monitoring and optimization
- Strong track record of stable, long-term roles
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $170,000 - $210,000
