Job Description :
We have 2 options: A network / day to day support person essentially a jack of all trades that has 5-20 years experience and can support our Cisco network, while also providing end user assistance to the production facility staff. (this is our preference a bit of a unicorn but possible) 2 nd option a day-to-day support person. End user tickets, device configurations, software, etc. 3-5 years providing support. This is not a green candidate role must be skilled in end user support. #LI-DNP
