Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Ability to operate a forklift •Able to secure loaded hopper/drums before traveling •Closing and sealing loaded drums before traveling •Staging hoppers/drums at destination •Perform all duties safely, effectively and efficiently •Adhere to all company policies and procedures •Participate in daily Safety / Quality talks •Report all incidents and near misses •Perform all daily housekeeping duties including picking up trash in your area, clean up any pills, clean drains and break rooms •Comply with cross training as required •Understand and comply with all safety regulations •Ask questions concerning product integrity, product shortages or equipment quality •Other duties as trained and assigned.Responsibilities Position Requirements EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent EXPERIENCE / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: •Must have at least one year of experience operating a forklift. •Must be able to understand and comply with all requirements for any emergency •Must be able to take direction from supervision and work cooperatively with other people •Must be able to work shift work hours/weekends and Holidays •Must be able to communicate and comprehend clearly, verbally and in writing, in English COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Basic math skills •Basic competency using Microsoft office (Outlook) •Must be able to understand and communicate in English •Must meet physical requirements, including, but not limited to: consistently lifting/carrying and pulling/pushing weights/forces up to 50 pounds, routinely gripping forces of up to 50 pounds, routine walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending and squatting, climbing up/down ladders and stairs/standing/sitting, and negotiating uneven and moving surfaces •Must be able to stand for extended periods of time •Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus WORKING CONDITIONS: Will be required to work outside in all types of weather throughout the year •Must be able to work extended hours and overtime as needed including call outs. •Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines •Applicants subject to background check and drug screening CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES REQUIRED **Must have VALID Driver's License
