This position reports to Director of Engineer Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide crucial support services to our Robotics - Automotive Business Line through material and data requisitions and entries. Each day, you will collaborate with internal Support Staff and Engineers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient services and accurate data in a timely fashion. The work model for the role is: LI - Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Robotics division in Auburn Hills, MI. Main stakeholders are both our internal and external customers. You will be mainly accountable for: • Providing services primarily in data entry and management along with some additional administrative duties to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. • Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. • Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. • Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications for the role Associate's or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Must have a minimum of 2 yrs previous experience in a similar role. Must have an advanced level of knowledge in the entire MS Office suite, including One Drive. Must have experience with SharePoint Designer (site creation and management). Must have experience with SAP (data entry and reporting). Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
