Support Specialist - Examinetics : Job Details

Examinetics is looking for a full time Support Specialist to join our growing team in Overland Park, KS! This role will provide support clients using the Salux Tablet Audiometer. Salux is an electronic medical device used to conduct hearing testing. Clients contact Examinetics from time to time needing technical assistance and support with the device or may require oversight of the online application providing results. This position is responsible for answering calls, responding to emails, overseeing hearing testing and doing customer outreach when necessary. Benefits:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct client training through Teams meetings.
• Maintain daily tele-tech schedule.
• Work closely with co-workers and supervisor to ensure department and company goals are achieved.
• Administer online audiograms (tele-tech)
• Establish new accounts
• Diagnose and solve basic technical problems.
• Proactively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints.
• Inform supervisor of issues that may need further assistance to resolve.
• Assist clients with finding and understanding information through the XM Reporting Site.

Job Requirements:Education and/or Experiences:

• 2+ years of customer service work experience.
• Technical help desk experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Willing and able to successfully complete CAOHC Certification coursework post hire

Skills and Abilities:

• iPad familiarity
• Wi-Fi and Bluetooth competencies
• Must be customer service oriented with effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment with multiple interruptions.
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literacy in a windows environment.
• Exhibits a high degree of accuracy in work.
