Job Description :

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Support Specialist. This role is based out of our Houston, TX location.

Provide local support for US PBRC Operations Manager with an emphasis on driving and growing the business while developing the processes to safely support continuous growth

The expected annual salary range for this role is $78750.0 - $115500.0 a year.

What you'll do:

* Daily scheduling of production personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to plan and direct the manufacturing of orders in the most productive and cost-effective manner.

* Commit 50% of time to completion of breaker evaluation, testing, and reconditioning

* Establish pricing and quotes for customers. Conduct sales calls with sales personnel to promote plant products and services. Conduct tours when necessary.

* Develop and maintain a full understanding of applicable standards relating to the application of products reconditioned and ensure proper testing is performed as required.

* Maintain high levels of quality in assigned areas of functional responsibilities. Coordinate warranty repair as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

* Responsible for safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees and within the regulations of all OSHA local and state regulations.

* Responsible for maintenance of warehouse and parts cleaning equipment, providing both preventative maintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensures that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment to perform their functions and that they comply with all safety procedures and work rules.

* Work closely with company Operational Excellence personnel and teams to ensure the continuing application of quality standards and work processes.

* Recommends measures to improve production processes and machine performance as part of the continuous improvement process efforts.

* Proficiency in Enovia, Oracle (PO entry and timekeeper) and Vista.

* Forecast monthly and quarterly trade and Interunit sales. Forecast PDS Billable Hours

* Oversee yearly calibration of test equipment

* Oversee Electrical glove rotation program

* Receiving of materials and aligning to correct orders.

* Track incoming breakers and apply to correct order.

* Provide assistance in part number lookup for evaluation forms for quoting change orders, including material from outside vendors.

* Perform monthly stock check of consumables.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

* Associates degree in engineering or business from an accredited institution is required.

* Minimum two years of Operations or Engineering experience is required.

* Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

* No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Houston, TX will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Engineering experience is preferred.

* Strong scheduling and coordinating experience.

* Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems.
