Responsibilities:
- Support of return mail process including:
- Opening and scanning of returned mail
- Facilitation of OCR process to create files of those participants with return mail
- Development of central SharePoint to maintain all return mail data
- Formatting and processing of Better Address search for returned mail
- Coordination of 17AD-17 Better address search mailing
- Coordination of storage of all undeliverable mail
- Documentation of process and procedures for return mail process
- Respond to requests from Call Center related to Stock Plan participants Statements and Tax Slips
- Review, print and mail physical documents (statements, tax forms, etc.) for Stock Plan participants who are unable to access the website
