Support Staff - Receptionist - Medical OfficeLocation: Cape Girardeau, MOFull Time, Non-ExemptScheduled Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 1 day / week: Open Office - 7:15a - 3:45p
- 1 day / week: Close Office - 9:30a - 6:00p
- Team Members rotate the friday close (8:30a-6:30p). Once a month, the employee will close two days a week.
- 3 days / week: Normal hours - 8:00a - 4:30p
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or HSE required
- One year experience in similar office setting required.
- Previous mental health experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License for current State of residence and must meet agency MVR Standards with proof of continuous auto insurance.
Base Pay: $14.42/hourAbout this position:Support Staff are the face and the voice of Community Counseling Center. In this position, you would be responsible for assisting both clients and staff with a multitude of various tasks. Support Staff greets all guests that visit or call our facility with a pleasant and helpful demeanor, while being observant of possible non-verbal needs of our clients, such as client's distress. Operating a multi-line phone system, keeping our Electronic Health Records system current, completing Admissions with new clients, scheduling appointments, assisting staff, and processing medical records, are among the daily tasks that you will be providing when working for Community Counseling Center.What your duties would look like as a Support Staff:

You know your way around a computer and your advanced computer skills will help you provide our clients and staff with the most current information, in turn, becoming a key component in providing the best client care.Utilizing your solid Customer Service skills such as compassion, empathy, positive demeanor, effective communication, active listening, adaptability, attentiveness, patience, self-control, conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are necessary and will be always provided to our clients and staff.Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!
