It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus. That's why we need you, a seasoned manager who can ensure the client achieves success. As a Support Team Lead on our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the mission objectives outlined by the client, ensuring that all personnel are adequately prepared for their roles. You'll coordinate with our team and the client to schedule training sessions, manage training resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. You'll ensure the client is informed of training and event support requirements, any potential changes to those requirements, and any conflicts with overlapping or simultaneous requirements. Join us.   • 20+ years of experience in the active Army
  • 2+ years of experience with exercise planning using the JELC process
  • Experience in Combat Training Centers and senior Army leadership with an extensive training management background
  • Experience as a division or corps staff primary within the WFF they represent
  • Experience serving on a command team at the Brigade level
  • Experience in large-scale live and constructive exercises, serving as a doctrinal expert within their respective WFF
  • Knowledge of the employment and operation of Army MCIS
  • Ability to produce deliverables and products, including the publication of Division and above operation orders
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in Army MTCs
  • Experience as a Division or higher Command, Operations, or Training assignment
  • Experience as a FA57 or CP36
  • Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
