Are you an IT professional with a knack for providing exceptional support and problem-solving? Our client, a leading technology management and support company, is seeking a talented Support Tech to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping end-users and ensuring seamless network operations. Hybrid Schedule located near Malta.Responsibilities of the Support Tech will include:
  • Deliver outstanding end-user satisfaction and support.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding network systems.
  • Manage tickets for software installations, system configurations, and maintenance of computers and networks.
  • Provide specifications and quotes for equipment purchases.
  • Administer Wi-Fi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet client needs.
  • Other duties as assigned
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Support Tech:
  • Proven experience in end-user support and IT management.
  • Strong understanding of network systems, Wi-Fi administration, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • 3-5 years' prior experience
