Our client iscurrently seeking a qualified Support Technician with strong initiative to join their team onsite in Plano, TX. Fluency in Korean is a plus for this role (Not a requirement). Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
- Stage and build systems
- Support printers
- Complete special projects as requested
- Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to a job well done
- Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
- iOS and Android working knowledge
- Printer support including swaps, cartridges, set-ups, installations (NOT repairs)
- Impeccable customer support skills
- Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
- Walk-up and remote support service experience
