Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Supportive Living Specialist to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Work: The Supportive Living Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served, including the coordination or completion of assessments; development and review of Individual Support Plans; development, implementation, and review of person-centered plans, behavior support plans and Crisis Management Plans; coordination of teaching and skill development for individuals; and support of team members in addressing behavioral concerns. Minimum Requirements Education:(One of the following)
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) year's work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities.
- A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and one (1) year work experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities.
Additional Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Successful completion of required trainings within specified timeframes, including First Aid and CPR certifications and others mandated by regulations.
- Valid Driver's License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
