Supv-Supply Chain Ship & Rec - Prisma Health : Job Details

Direct responsibility for management of Shipping & Receiving function of the Materials Management Department, to include: receiving, processing, and delivery of all Hospital equipment, materials, supplies, and clean linen. Directs the activities of the Hospital Courier and coordinates delivery of supplies to all off-campus Hospital activities.Networks with staff, vendors, and physicians in order to accomplish the requirements of this position. Researches all receiving problems and files claims with insurance companies and motor carriers as appropriate. Supervises the shipment of equipment for repair and for return to the vendor.
