Job DescriptionAs a vital part of our security network, you'll be ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, employees, and assets. You'll use your exceptional observation skills and knowledge of gaming regulations to deter theft, prevent cheating, and maintain compliance.Responsibilities

• Actively monitor activity, identify suspicious behavior, and investigate potential issues.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, casino operations, and security best practices.

• Collaborate with security, loss prevention, and other departments to keep the property safe.

• Utilize advanced surveillance equipment and reporting systems to effectively monitor activity.

Qualifications

• 12 hours of college credit and completion of Composition 1 or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 6 months of work experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.

• Possess a valid driver's license.

• Have the ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

• You have a keen eye for detail and can stay focused for long periods, never missing a beat.

• You excel at written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and concise information flow.

• You're comfortable with computers and common programs like Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working together towards a common goal.

• You understand the importance of confidentiality and can maintain a sense of discretion.
