What You Will Be Doing: As a Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple survey projects and personnel. We are looking for a candidate who will apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects. In this role you will serve as the primary client contact, identify the project scope, participate in the contract negotiation, develop and monitor project budgets, review final survey to ensure conformance with corporate quality standards and handle problem resolutions related to projects. What we Are looking for:
  • A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10 or more years of surveying experience
  • Working knowledge of surveying equipment and software (Trimble, AutoCAD Civil3D)
  • Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced math skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable at the Firm's standard rates. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check is a standard condition of employment.
