The objective of the Credit Servicing Team is ultimately to ensure accurate servicing and funding of all existing loans. The Credit Servicing Team is responsible for liaising between the front office and operations teams. They are primarily responsible for working with the front office to understand and interpret key servicing requests for all loan types that SVB offers. This position requires the interpretation of understanding servicing requests for various loan systems. The Credit Servicing Team is responsible for providing key information to the Operations teams and responding to any inquiries. These activities include verifying client compliance and completeness of servicing requests received from Deal Teams and Operations prior to submission to Global Loan Operations for servicing. Responsibilities Aids the front office in completing client account inquiries for existing loans. This could include submitting required information to Operations teams regarding advances, interest rate changes, etc. Client account inquiries would also entail creating performing interest rate calculations, pulling statements, submitting payoff letters/quotes, loan closures, ticklers, and completing loan research within the loan onboarding systems. Participates in meetings, trainings, projects, and other duties as assigned by management Decisions Works within established procedures, processes and/or regulatory guidelines and utilizes authority matrix to level of determinations. Basic judgement based on standard practices and procedures. Works with team and Supervisor for more complex decision impacts. Works within and follows established practices and procedures for resolving issues and completing tasks. Credit Servicing buildings a foundation of the bank, products, and organization. Credit Servicing also shares information with others within the group as to newly identified solutions or approaches to inquiries.
