$130,000.00/yr - $325,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in M&A banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Handling M&A and corporate strategy for the firm.
• Reviewing 75+ opportunities a year and executing on 5-10 per year.
• Management experience is a must.
• The firm runs lean and flat; candidates must be hands-on.
• Open to all industries, ideally a tech-focused vertical.

Associate, Corporate Development Responsibilities

• 2-3 years of experience in M&A banking or management consulting.
• High volume environment with numerous acquisitions.
• Handling all due diligence, competitor analysis, M&A execution, strategy, and presentations.
• Collaborating with all lines of business.
• Open to industry/sector focus; fintech or tech exposure is ideal.
