You and Your Job

As an Audit Director, you will support the CAE in leading the audit function, and assume responsibility over Wholesale & Rural lending and operational audits, as well as other functional areas. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, open and transparent, and possess high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Internal Audit professionals to champion and manage an effective internal audit function.
• Maintaining credibility with Federal & State Regulators.
• Supporting a CAE or Functional audit head, including Management and/or Board reporting.
• Balancing departmental KPIs while delivering on quality.
• Strategic thinking and execution for the audit department, including collaboration with the business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the CAE in all aspects of leading, developing and deploying the team to deliver effectively on our mandate.
• Contributing to the longer-term strategy, integrating it with the business strategy.
• Ensuring clarity of reporting to stakeholders to drive actions that contribute to the strength and success of the Bank.
• Establishing trusting working relationships with senior leaders to openly communicate issues or risks.
• Enhancing internal awareness of process, risk, and control, along with the role of Internal Audit.

Your Promise to Us:

To be considered for the Audit Director role, you must have:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Hold a relevant professional certification.
• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of Finance/Bank experience in Audit or Risk Management.
• 8+ years managing audit projects/teams, including supervising and directing work.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies.
