Title: Senior Vice President, Business Development (Real Asset Sales)

Role:
- To manage the end-to-end sales process for Private Equity and Real Assets clients
- Leverage off existing industry contacts to create new leads and generate deal pipeline
- Source new leads and deals through attending conferences, seminars and industry events
- Co-ordinate the completion of RFPs and new business proposals to management
- Create, maintain and promote product-related branding and marketing pitch materials
- Identify strategic opportunities and potential new markets to promote the firm's Private Equity and Real Assets service offering
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with at least 10+years Private Equity and Real Assets funds experience
- Minimum 10+ years demonstrated senior leadership experience
- Effective communication skills, including negotiation and presentation capabilities
- Proven record of accomplishment in new business generation with sustainable year-on-year growth, and sound understanding of competitor landscape
- Strong knowledge of Private Equity fund structures
- Familiarity with Investran/Yardi or other Private Equity and Real Assets software packages highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- CPA, ACCA or CIMA would be advantageous
