The SVP, Global Head of People will lead a global team of cross-functional People experts, spanning learning and development, talent attraction, culture & inclusion, leave administration, employee relations, company policy, total rewards, and talent management. The SVP Head of People will be a key strategic leader, developing and operationalizing a global People strategy that drives business success through a culture of excellence and engagement. This role reports into Kepler's Global COO and will play an essential role on our Global Executive Team.
Candidates should have 15+ years of human resources or related experience -- and the ability to inspire a team, across functions and levels, to constantly deliver excellence, innovation, and tangible impact for employees.
