Our client is a global media agency growing the leadership team for one of their key accounts. We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Planning to oversee senior client relationships and drive innovation in the media planning space. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a comprehensive understanding of HCP and consumer pharma, and a proven ability to lead a team. This role requires expertise in multi-channel planning, including TV, digital, social, and more, as well as comfort with data-driven decision-making.
THE ROLE:
Lead the development of communication strategies and media planning across multiple client accounts.Innovate within the connections planning space and set ambitious team goals.Oversee tactical media planning activities, ensuring alignment with client objectives.Collaborate across internal teams to deepen understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Drive new business pitches, including insights, strategy, and go-to-market solutions.THE PROFILE:
15+ years of experience in media planning, ideally in pharma (HCP and DTC).Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.Strong knowledge of planning tools, including reach/frequency, channel allocation, and MMM analyses.Ability to navigate multi-channel discussions, including TV, digital, social, search, and programmatic.Comfortable using data to support planning and decision-making.Skilled at managing clients, setting clear expectations, and identifying needs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
