What You'll Be Doing:

• Source, evaluate, and secure prime development sites for multifamily projects.
• Oversee all aspects of development, including entitlements, design, construction, and lease-up.
• Spearhead the creation of financial models and secure project capital.
• Lead a team of internal and external professionals to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
• Identify trends, spot opportunities, and position our client as a thought leader in the industry.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, construction, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant development experience with an emphasis in multifamily.
• Possess a deep understanding of the Salt Lake City and/or Intermountain West market.
• Strong experience with the entire development process from soup to nuts.
• Lead with charisma, build strong relationships, and inspire a high-performing team.
