- New business development to targeted prospects and clients
- Provide ongoing relationship management and engagement to existing clients
- Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics and client needs
QualificationsMinimum:The selected candidate should be a goal-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and self-directed individual who is constantly striving to exceed expectations. The candidate will maintain a positive attitude, a high level of activity and be motivated by surpassing goals and increasing sales within their territory.
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required
- 5+ years financial services experience
- MBA, CFA, CFP, CIMA preferred
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66
- Clean U-4
- Proficient knowledge of fixed income markets and have a strong understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction process
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Natural ability to build rapport
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Technologically proficient and knowledgeable
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Discovery Database
