Principle Accountabilities:

• New business development to targeted prospects and clients
• Provide ongoing relationship management and engagement to existing clients
• Maintain a keen understanding of marketplace dynamics and client needs

QualificationsMinimum:The selected candidate should be a goal-oriented, highly motivated, organized, and self-directed individual who is constantly striving to exceed expectations. The candidate will maintain a positive attitude, a high level of activity and be motivated by surpassing goals and increasing sales within their territory.

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university required
• 5+ years financial services experience
• MBA, CFA, CFP, CIMA preferred
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 66
• Clean U-4
• Proficient knowledge of fixed income markets and have a strong understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction process
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Natural ability to build rapport
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Technologically proficient and knowledgeable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Discovery Database
