Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Global Chief Supply Chain Officer, this role is responsible for leading Lamb Weston's North American Supply Chain and develops and implements a comprehensive supply chain and fulfillment strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances the customer and consumer experience. Scope encompasses strategic and financial planning, capacity planning, network optimization, demand and supply planning, S&OP, manufacturing operations, continuous process improvement, warehousing and transportation, and inventory management. The primary goal is optimizing efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer service while ensuring quality standards are met and customers' orders are delivered on time and in full.
The SVP Supply Chain is accountable for all North American manufacturing sites and collaborates closely with the EHS, Food Safety/ Quality, Finance, Commercial, Marketing & Innovation, Procurement, and Engineering teams in Lamb Weston's matrixed structure ensuring that North American product supply meets global and regional demand effectively and efficiently. The leader is responsible for delivering products that meet safety, quality, service, delivery, performance, cost, and inventory management targets. They will identify and develop next-generation leaders and build effective teams who work within Lamb Weston's values and cultural framework to achieve company goals.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
* Develop and implement integrated plans aligning Supply Chain to Lamb Weston's mission: to create experiences that inspire and serve customers with food they love and trust.
* Identify, hire, and develop Supply Chain leadership talent and build an effective team that operates in accordance with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Inclusion, Drive for Results, and Empowerment.
* Collaborate with Finance partners to develop annual budgets supporting strategic plans.
* Set, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for North American Supply Chain to deliver performance that meets or exceeds budgeted targets in line with safety, quality, environmental standards, customer expectations, and cost targets.
* Improve supply chain processes in accordance with evolving environmental policies, regulations, and laws.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Innovation teams to enable business development and growth in alignment with consumer trends and customer needs.
* Share, transfer, and embed best practices across Lamb Weston's operations.
* Drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives for NA plants.
* Drive zero-loss manufacturing and a continuous improvement culture that achieves world-class performance standards.
* Optimize the N.A. manufacturing network in collaboration with global functional teams.
* Collaborates with HR Business Partners to ensure the workforce structure and people plan enables Supply Chain to achieve its strategic plan.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
* 15+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with end-to-end supply chain experience, preferably in food processing.
* Strong leadership experience in large-scale manufacturing and spanning multiple plants.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and develop talent and build healthy, effective teams.
* Experience working effectively in a complex, matrixed environment and building productive partnerships internally and externally.
* Proven track record in continuous improvement processes, Lean tools, TPM, cost reduction programs, and behavioral-based safety initiatives.
* Knowledge of food safety and quality practices for compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Experience managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a similar field.
* Ability to travel independently (approximately 30%).
Position will be based in the Tri-Cities, Washington area. Relocation provided.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $288,760.00 - $433,140.00
