* Demonstrate leadership, verbal, and written communication skills

* Ability to work with all levels of the organization

* Support and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectives

* Manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice

* Ability to self motivate

* Must be a self-starter

* Valid Drivers License

* All offers of employment subject to passing of drug/alcohol screening, Background check and or fit test if required.

* Overall maintenance and upkeep of disposal area.

* Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a safe environment.

* Responsible for customer service during interaction with drivers.

* Ensure tickets are complete and accurate and signed by drivers.

* Daily inspections of equipment and facility, perform necessary maintenance to pumps and filter baskets.

* Preforms additional duties as assigned.

* Daily Record keeping

* Must always work in a safe and efficient manner.
