Job Description Description/Job Summary We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sweeper/Scrubber Operator in Decatur, IL. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and has reliable transportation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join 4m Building Solutions. Solutions. Responsibilities/Duties

• Use a ride-on sweeper scrubber to clean factory floors/
• Pick up debris, sweep and mop designated warehouse areas, and clean handrails & Guardrails.
• Assist with janitorial cleaning as needed in break rooms and restrooms

Required Skills

• Experience is required ( some Janitorial), we will provide some on-the-job training
• Successful candidates will have strong attention to detail, be flexible on occasion, and be able to work independently
• Able to meet physical requirements, such as lifting, bending, and standing for the duration of the shift
• Clean background check and drug screen

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No janitorial experience is required. (We train you in our best practices)
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• The team member must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary per position and OSHA requirements.
• Reliable Transportation.
