Swing/Night Shift Sanitation - SeaBear Company : Job Details

SeaBear Company is looking for candidates for our swing/night shift sanitation positions. This position is more than just cleaning the facility, it will have a role in certain production aspects as well. Work 4 10 hour shifts with 3-day weekends! SeaBear Company is a privately owned seafood production company specializing in Northwest smoked salmon, salmon lox, and other specialty products. On the job training will be provided therefore, no previous experience is required. We are looking for reliable candidates who will put in a good day's work and want to be a part of a great company. Our swing shift sanitation team specializes in:Production cleaning and sanitationAssisting the night production team as neededRetortingCuringSmokingKeeping accurate recordsThe desired skill set for these positions would include but are not limited to:Attention to detail when workingContinuous movement / lifting with both arms up to 20 lbs.Occasional movement / lifting with both arms up to 30 lbsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with assistanceWillingness to work in a fast paced and efficient environmentAbility to stand for 2 hours at a time on wet and dry surfacesAbility to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds with assistanceAbility to communicate verbally, numerically and in written formDedication to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.The ideal candidate for this position would be available:Swing Shift 12:30 pm to 11:00 pm Monday - ThursdayOvertime is sometimes available on Fridays based on business needs.Compensation is $19.25/hour plus benefits that include:MedicalDentalVision401k with company matchpaid vacation and paid sick leaveimmediate product discounts from our store and our sister company Made in WashingtonEmployee appreciation lunchesand more!
