Job Description:Performs quality inbound and outbound caller processing. Determines nature of call and routes caller to appropriate resource. Promotes BHS and its partners. Supports department with basic clerical skills including filing and file maintenance, copying and collating, management of FAXs, acts as a courier, simple housekeeping, maintenance of workstation supplies.Qualifications:High school education preferred.Customer service, clerical, filing, telephone operation, office equipment, and medical terminology preferred.Why Bellin Health:Bellin Health is where healthcare starts with human care.
