Switchboard Operator - Baptist Health : Job Details

Job Description:Switchboard Operator-Full-Time

• Primarily responsible for answering and routing all calls.
• Remains updated on all Code procedures (Code 1, Disaster, fire, bomb, electrical, etc.) Responds to all alarms
• Responsible for overhead paging
• Requires incumbent to constantly remember multiple tasks. Operating multiple screens. Functions as information desk
• All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives. Demonstrates a commitment to the mission, vison and values of Baptist Health.
• Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

• One year experience preferred
• Computers skills helpful
• Will give on the job training
