Job Description:Switchboard Operator Supervisor - DaysFull Time - 7a - 330pJob Description:The PBX Supervisor is responsible for all training, scheduling, and PBX operations, including policy development, emergency calls and alarm responseand overall communications management from the community, patients, and internal customers.
Job Duties:- Create daily work schedule, without oversight by Director.
- Work as an operator and fulfill the duties of a staff operator which includes answering and routing all calls.
- Serve as the primary training professional for the department.
- Responsible for the AAC (annual assessment of Competency) development and staff completion.
- Follows all safety and security protocols, responsibilities, and initiatives.
Requirements:- Completion of High School/GED
- Three (3) years PBX experience.
Preferred Requirements:- Three (3) years Supervisory experience highly preferred.
- Completion of a training course in operation of PBX or related equipment accepted.
