Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person and/or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- Directs and gives instructions to incoming visitors to their desired location
- Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of receptionist or related experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Impeccable work ethic
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
- Have an enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Able to complete a 6-8 week assignment
- Mon-Fri from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm w/ 1-hr lunch
