* Develop policies relating to the operation of the Center as assigned or in the absence of the Vice President.

* Represent the Vice President and the Center in meetings and partnerships with community, educational, business, and governmental stakeholders, as assigned.

* Collaborate with the Vice President and other senior staff to develop and implement initiatives to enhance the Center's programs, services, and outcomes.

* Assist the Vice President in the development, implementation, and assessment of the Center's strategic plans, operational plans, and policies, in alignment with the mission, goals, and governing documents of the EOC.

* Assist the Vice President in ensuring the Center's compliance with all governing documents, policies, and directives of the sponsoring institution and UCAWD.

* Assume the responsibilities of the Vice President in their absence, as designated.

* In collaboration with the Vice President, pursue partnerships, grants, and funding opportunities to enhance operations.
