Position: Contracts System Administrator

Duration: 18 Month Contract

PR: $42

Shift: M-F 8:00 – 5:00

Location: Tampa, FL 33637

Interview Process: 2 rounds, 1 virtual, 1 in person

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• contract management software-symplr or medatrax - understand the system configuration, workflow, data and reporting, troubleshooting
• process updates and process improvements
• Contracts experience- supporting contracting function
• Lifesciences or academic research institutes or hospital or healthcare

Plusses:

• MBA
• Implementing workday -migrate data out of simplr to workday
• Experience With electronic bid platforms
• Experience with healthcare contracting laws and regulations.

Day to day:

Insight Global is looking for a candidate to implement ERP systems, migrate data to Workday, and manage contracts using Simplr or Medatrax. You'll analyze and improve processes, support contract drafting and compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you'll generate reports, provide training, and troubleshoot system issues. Daily meetings will help you stay aligned with project goals and review progress.
