Position Summary The System Administrator administers O365 including implementations, configurations, account set-up and security standards maintenance. Located at world headquarters for Arrow International, this role is not remote or hybrid.Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Builds, maintains, updates, and patches servers.
  • Specific Accountabilities: Continually improve our Virtual server and physical server environment.
  • Monitor day-to-day issues and correct problems.
  • Other assignments as needed.
  • Monitor server activity.
  • Proactively design and implement improvements to our server security.
  • Work with individuals at all levels to solve their tier two and three support issues.
  • Train personnel in the use of tier two and three administration issues. With PCs hardware and software.
  • Install software updates and patches.
  • Evaluate new PC systems and related equipment.
Requirements Experience and Education
  • 5 years of professional server administration experience.
  • Experience and training necessary to feel confident in performing duties.
  • Prepare solutions for technical issues.
  • Provide guidance and/or supervision.
  • Proficient at correcting and guarding against errors.
  • Able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Be able to handle confidential information.
  • Good eye, mind, and hand coordination.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at our world headquarters in an Office environment.
  • Needs to be a department leader with management aspirations.
