System Design Engineer - Executive Alliance : Job Details

The Systems Design Engineer assesses and evaluates requirements and formulates system design concepts for designs of increasing complexity. They also lead technical projects, monitor project scope, respond to engineering concerns, and support bid and proposal activities.

Job Function:

• Research and learn advanced aspects of designed, products and processes
• Perform advanced analysis
• Act as a liaison between technical groups and stakeholders to coordinate system installations and ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction
• Understand and analyze project requirements and business expectations
• Provide management reports as requested
• Participate in cross-functional team as lead system designer
• Implement and simulate new designs
• Support bid and proposal activities
• Understand and conform to all company policies and procedure

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics (Bachelor's degree)

• Generally eight (8) years or more of experience in electro mechanical system design
• DC Motor design experience
• Prior experience with designing high reliability systems
• Advanced knowledge of electro mechanical systems
• DC Motor design
• CAD Software (Advanced)
• Industry Standards (Advanced)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced)
• Analysis (Advanced)
• Communication (Advanced)
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance
