About the Role:

• We are seeking an experienced MS Teams engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead the transition of our organization from legacy Skype for Business to MS Teams on a large enterprise scale. This transition will impact over 200K users, and the Teams Engineer will be responsible for scoping, assessing, planning, designing, testing, and documenting the technical aspects of the Teams deployment.
• Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for customers - Develop comprehensive test scripts and lead product QA/UAT and regression testing - Utilize troubleshooting tools for in-depth product issue resolution, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues , Assist in the implementation of end-to-end application launching programs.Provide engineering support during incidents or outages

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and administering Enterprise MS Teams solutions
• Deep knowledge of M365 technologies, specifically MS Teams, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
• Experience with tenant restrictions, conditional access, cloud security, authentication, data retention, and information barriers
• Understanding of audio, video, quality measurement, and performance analysis - Knowledge of Networking, proxy, UDP, and related tools like Wireshark or Fiddler
• Familiarity with Teams tenant administration, meeting policies, chat policies, and calling policies - Hands-on experience with PowerShell commandlets for Teams administration and automation tools
• Experience with MS Teams on virtual desktops, mobile devices, and video room devices
