Overview:

The Systems Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining within their IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Azure Cloud services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Microsoft environments, including Azure, M365, and Windows Server. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to ensure our IT strategy supports business growth, while optimizing system performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Azure Cloud: Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including M365 and Windows Server environments.
• Hardware Management: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, including servers, networking equipment, and workstations, with support for both Microsoft and Apple devices.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Work with leadership to ensure IT and cloud systems align with company goals and support business operations.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and updates on Azure services, Windows servers, and Microsoft applications.
• User Support: Provide technical support to internal users, addressing Azure and Microsoft-related issues and ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Adaptability: Leverage experience in smaller environments to adapt to evolving needs, contributing to the development of scalable IT and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Azure Cloud management and architecture, including designing and scaling cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft environments, including M365 and Windows Server.
• Expertise in Windows Server administration, cloud management, hardware management, and networking.
• Experience supporting both MacBook and PC environments is essential.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CE and Central Modules) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, dynamic team with a hands-on approach.
