Here at BCT LLC every project, client and team member is unique, and we celebrate and leverage that fact through embracing unique methods and talents that drive results.BCT-LLC is seeking a System Engineer (TS/SCI with POLY) to generate, maintain, and coordinate DoD5000 technical artifacts to include operational requirements, system requirements, DoDAF products, design documents, technical evaluations, test strategies and plans, and other technical documentation necessary to successfully plan and execute formal capability development programs. Large program system engineering knowledge is expected. Knowledge and/or experience with SAFe/Agile development is a desired skill. This position is located in Annapolis Junction, MD.Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas.Qualifications:A High School Diploma or GED plus twelve (12) years of general systems engineering experience. OR a Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus seven (7) years of systems engineering experience. OR a Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus five (5) years of systems engineering experience. OR a PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus three (3) years of systems engineering experience.BCT-LLC offers an attractive benefit package including:
