Job Summary

* System-wide Schedule Coordinator must have working knowledge of system policies regarding staffing functions for all CoxHealth campuses. Addresses all Kronos (or like application) needs for system including schedule changes, call-ins, additional shift requests, central staffing critical staffing pay, and floating to appropriate locations. Excellent communication skills, time management and problem solving skills required.

Job Requirements

* Education

* Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Business, Accounting, Finance or other related field or equivalent experience

* Experience

* Preferred: Demonstrated experience with healthcare specific centralized processes

Preferred: 2-4 years previous staffing management experience

* Skills

* Excellent interpersonal communication and multitasking skills. The ability to efficiently staff departments with the appropriate staff is highly dependent upon the ability to communicate with department heads and leaders throughout the System.

* Excellent computer skills required, including the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Excellent knowledge of spreadsheets required.

* Ability to operate across multiple departments and at all organizational levels required.

* Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills required.

* Flexibility and self-direction necessary to work within a matrix management model required.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple priorities required.

* Excellent customer services' skills required
