Your Role
The IT Health Solutions Pharmacy team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The Systems Analyst, Consultant will report to the IT Apps Pharmacy Solution Delivery Director. In this role you will, as part of an agile team, deliver high-quality pharmacy solutions. You will participate in agile ceremonies and assist in creating and refining user stories, including acceptance criteria and to groom and prioritize backlog. You will develop and document technical designs and make recommendations for future capabilities.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Create and maintain product documentation to solution the most complex business needs through enabling technology and/or business processes that impact multiple business units, lines of business, processes, and/or cross products
- Formulate/define system scope and objectives based on user needs for the highest complexity changes
- Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and devices to process data
- Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution
- Prepare detailed program specifications and flowcharts, and coordinate system installations with user departments
- Analyze all aspects of business unit functions to determine application, integration and optimal use of information systems
- Analyze and understand data dictionary, database tables and data flows between systems
- Analyze and understand Application Programming Interfaces
- Lead requirements, analysis and design conversations between business and IT teams. Act as a proxy Product Manager/Scrum Master when necessary
- Articulate business requirements into IT terminology and IT solutions into business terminology. Assist in creating, refining, and maintaining user stories and associated deliverables
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Requires at least 7 years of directly related professional experience and deep technical abilities in one or more primary products, programs or technologies
- Requires Health Care knowledge and experience, Preferred Pharmacy knowledge and experience
- Requires database understanding and expert level SQL querying skillset
- Requires understanding and experience in Agile methodology, Product Model, DevSecOps and Agile tools
- Proven ability to function in a fast moving and rapidly evolving environment
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $ 109340.00 to $ 164120.00 for California.
