Chipton-Ross is seeking 50 Systems Assembler C's for a contract opportunity in North Charleston, SC.*This position is 100% ONSITE.RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs complex production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual or automated assembly tools.HARD REQUIREMENTS:If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:o 7+ Years of Experienceo 1+ years of experience utilizing and following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, in English.o Be on a travel teamo Flight readinesso A&P License (A&P is more of a hard preference rather than a requirement.)o Experience with exterior panels, paint, sealant, ti-foilo Experience with composite repairo Knowledge of aircraft systems (power, hydraulics, IFE (in-flight entertainment), troubleshootingTOP 3-5 TECHNICAL/SOFTWARE SKILLS: o Aircraft maintenanceo Systems repairo Functional test/operational testo Systems Installationso IFE - In Flight Entertainment maintenance and testEDUCATION: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.). Education must be accredited. FULL TIME/VARIABLE SHIFTWORK HOURS: These positions are variable shifts, contractors must be able to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.
